Overhaul of hydraulic components

Overhaul involves a segment after diagnostic analysis of a system or component.

HIDRA HP offers possibility to overhaul the following hydraulic components:

  • hydraulic cylinders up to 4 m length and diameter up to ∅ 500 mm,
  • hydraulic pumps "PARKER" and "BOSH REXROTH",
  • hydraulic distribution valves of NO6 - NO32,
  • flow and pressure valves,
  • hydraulic aggregates.

Advantage of HIDRA HP is the fact that in overhauling process we use original parts for project “PARKER” – “BOSH REXROTH” when we are talking about overhauling of hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors. When we talk about hydraulic cylinders overhauling we use sealants produced by “SKF”.

While overhauling each component, diagnostic equipment that we own (testing tables, turbines, oil analysis devices) allows us to get accurate insight in condition after overhauling, which avoids the effect of “unwanted complaints”.
