Analysis and hydraulic oil filtration
The main cause of hydraulic components damage is impurity in hydraulic system. Wear of hydraulic components is seen when mechanically solid particles are present in hydraulic system. Analysis and hydraulic oil filtration is main prerequisite for hydraulic fluid revitalization, that is, hydraulic system maintenance.
HIDRA HP has two portable filtration devices:
- "HYDAC" OLF/M, filtration fineness 2 μm, Bx=2000,
- "JENSEN", filtration fineness 5μm, Bx=2000.
Filtration can be performed on client’s site or in HIDRA HP working premises.
Filtrated hydraulic oil has the same features as new hydraulic oil (new hydraulic oils are often contaminated with impurities and they need to be filtrated additionally).
Device for oil purity analysis „IOS1210EUR PARKER“ is a device of the latest generation which can be found on the market. Device itself is made according to all worldwide standards that refer to oil purity analysis, so that the results can be shown in various standards. Received results can be read on device itself as well as on the computer at the same time. Standards for oil purity analysis (ISO code 4406, NAS Standard) can be changed in real time and recorded values can be kept in various types of data.
Device for oil purity analysis „IOS1210EUR PARKER“ uses laser method to analyze oil purity and it is approved and certified by „Parker Hannifin Ltd“ Great Britain and HIDRA HP has its certificate.
