Flushing of hydraulic pipelines
HIDRA HP owns two aggregates for flushing of hydraulic pipelines of the following features:
- aggregate 55KW, Qmax=600l/min, secondary filtration system Qmax=30l/min, filtration fineness 2μm, βx=2000
- aggregate 11KW, Qmax=70l/min, secondary filtration system Qmax=5l/min, filtration fineness 2μm, βx=2000
After installation of new hydraulic pipeline with the aim to purify it from solid particles (installation, welding…) it is necessary to establish independent movement of hydraulic system in special hydraulic circuit, whereby hydraulic fluid should be set to get into the turbulent current regime. This way, beside having pure hydraulic pipeline, you have protected your valves, pumps and blocks of hydraulic system.
Capacity, pipes dimensions which can be flushed with our devices, are pipes from 3/8” to 5”.
