Overview, overhaul and certification of hydraulic steering systems
Hidra HP is a leader in Serbia as well as in our neighborhood in making new and reconstructing old steering systems. We perform inspection, overhaul, reconstruction of old, making new steering systems on ships for inland navigation. After our inspection, overhaul, or reconstruction, we issue Certificate of overview with a date on.
We are certified by the “Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Serbia” for inspection of ship's steering systems and certification of their accuracy.
Systems of steering devices, that we work on the most often, are: systems of propulsion steering device, jet propeller, cycloid propeller and side propeller bow as well as steering systems with shaft line.
Existing hydraulic systems (older than 20 years) have the following technical flows:
- there’s no auxiliary hydraulic system,
- there’s no separate hydraulic tank of hydraulic oil,
- there’s no signalization or hydraulic oil level indicators,
- there’s no indication of pressure system value,
- there’s no indication of interruption of electric ignition of drive units.
